Join us for an 8-week transformative journey designed for emerging African leaders. Unlike standard workshops that conclude when you leave the room, this program combines immersive in-person training with ongoing virtual coaching to ensure you effectively implement what you learn.

- 4 Days Immersive Training (Nairobi): Practical case studies, peer feedback, and experiential learning.
- 7 Weeks Guided /Reinforcement Coaching: Bi-weekly group coaching and optional 1-on-1 sessions to help you apply skills in your actual workplace.
